I've been praying, for some time, that God would give me wisdom on how to manage my time more effectively; with family, school, quiet time, and exercise. This past semester was really tough, I did not do any of those well, with the exception of studying. I really want my focus to change this semester, more of God, more of family, begin an exercise routine and study (in that order). I had a good handle on the first three, yet just couldn't quite figure out when a good time would be to go to the YMCA. No time was ever "perfect". I especially like early mornings, like 5am, but heading out in pitch-blackness to a frosted freezing vehicle was not an option. So I began to ask God to show me what to do. Last Friday I was talking with Daniel about this very issue and he suggested I get a bike trainer like his! WOW! now why didn't I think of that? oh I know. . . .I assumed they were expensive, yet he helped me locate just the trainer and accessories and I placed the order. Saturday I received the trainer, over night via FED EX! I didn't even order over night service, but hey I'm not gonna complain. Den and Brett had it almost all set-up when I got home from the eye doctor. Tori says, "mama we wanted to surprise you!" how precious! I am excited to begin my 5am exercise routine! and even more excited that Daniel said we can now keep each other accountable. That's the key in being successful at working out; working out with someone; they keep you motivated and moving. What a blessing to have "manboys" who encourage and praise!

My bike trainer; my bicycle's back wheel sits in this so I can bike inside!
Ingenious!
